We’re looking for a passionate and responsible Barista who loves coffee, enjoys connecting with people, and takes pride in creating a warm and positive experience for every guest.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with menu selections and inquiries
- Prepare high-quality hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks.
- Serve pastries, cookies, and light food items with care and presentation
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system and handle cash responsibly
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace always
- Wash dishes using the dishwasher and ensure all utensils and surfaces are properly sanitized
- Opening/closing
- Follow all food safety and hygiene procedures
- Support the team by restocking, cleaning tables, and maintaining the café’s inviting atmosphere
- Prepare drinks for dine-in and take-out orders
- Communicate clearly with customers and team members
- Follow company standards and instructions carefully
- Build friendly and genuine connections with customers, we believe every cup of coffee is an opportunity to make Kory's Coffee a happy place.
Qualifications
- Experience in a coffee shop and customer service is a must
- Latte Art
- Knowledge of coffee preparation and espresso-based drinks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Responsible and Respectful
- Fluent in English
- Team player with a positive and friendly attitude
- Basic math and cash-handling skills
- Familiarity with food safety and cleaning protocols
