*Job Overview* We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and cooking, with experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment. *Responsibilities* - Prepare ingredients and cook dishes according to the menu - Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment - Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served - Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen - Ensure all food and other items are stored properly - Monitor food stock and place orders when there are shortages *Qualifications* - Proven experience as a Line Cook or relevant position - Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures - Familiarity with industry best practices in food safety and sanitation - Ability to work in a team environment - Excellent time management skills - Certification from a culinary school is a plus If you are passionate about creating delicious dishes and thrive in a dynamic kitchen setting, we would love to hear from you!
