What You’ll Do
As part of our residential and community support team, you’ll:
- Interact with participants in a respectful, person-centered manner-offering choices and encouraging independence.
- Plan, organize, and supervise daily living activities, community outings, and recreation.
- Implement individualized Person-Centered Plans (PCPs) to support each participant’s goals and wellbeing.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals and assist with household upkeep.
- Support personal care and daily routines in collaboration with the Group Home Operator.
- Administer and document medications safely and accurately.
- Promote an environment that supports:

- Social inclusion and rights advocacy
- Provide transportation and ensure safety during community participation.
- Follow all fire, health, and safety procedures and respond to emergencies appropriately.
- What You Bring
- A clear Criminal Record Check (including Vulnerable Sector Check).
- A valid driver’s license.
- A positive attitude, reliability, and a genuine passion for helping others.
- No prior experience needed-all training is provided on site!
