About the Role
Cherry's Window Services is looking for a motivated and personable Junior Account Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business, following up with leads, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with prospective customers by phone, text, and email.
- Respond to inbound inquiries and provide information about our services.
- Build and maintain relationships with homeowners and property managers.
- Schedule estimates and service appointments for customers.
- Follow up on quotes and help convert leads into booked jobs.
- Manage customer accounts and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Address customer questions and concerns professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Identify opportunities for repeat business and referrals.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Previous sales, customer service, or call center experience is an asset but not required.

Compensation
- Hourly pay plus performance-based bonuses.

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
