Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Warehouse Clerk for a full time, permanent position
As a Warehouse Clerk, you will be responsible for various tasks related to warehouse operations, including consulting and communicating with all operational staff and customer relations. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth within our company.
Responsibilities:
- Assist team with customer service by answering inquiries, included but not limited to shipping errors and complaints
- Ship/receive freight as required
- Assist team with data entry (import & export)
- Assist warehouse team with ETA report / yard organization
- Assist with completing reports
- Assist with responding to and directing emails and phone calls appropriately
- Sending OSD reports
- Update Customs Status on shipments
- Analyze and reconcile disrepencies with OSD's (skid count, carton count, photos missing etc..)
- Reconcile RNS's and TMS
- Assist with manifesting / in bond documentation
- Assist with preparing special loads for destuffing / cross docking
- Warehouse inventory reporting
- Reconcile Freight availability and make sure flow of containers and shipments are ready and done timely.
Experience:
- Previous experience in Sufferance warehousing a must
- Familiarity with basic math calculations for inventory and rate management
- Proficient in using Excel, Word, and Microsoft Outlook
- Knowledge of sufferance warehouse processes and procedures

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
