Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate and thorough collision repair estimates using Mitchell software
- Inspect damaged vehicles and document repair needs according to OEM guidelines
- Communicate clearly with customers, insurers, and technicians throughout the repair process
- Maintain detailed repair documentation and ensure proper file management
- Assist in coordinating parts, scheduling, and workflow to support timely repairs
- Deliver exceptional customer service from intake to vehicle delivery
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience as a Collision Repair Estimator or in a related role
- Proficient with Mitchell estimating software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of OEM repair procedures, especially Tesla, is a strong asset
- Valid driver’s licence

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
