We are looking for a skilled and reliable Residential Painter to join our growing team. We specialize in high-quality residential painting projects throughout Vancouver, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, and the Lower Mainland.
The ideal candidate takes pride in their workmanship, pays attention to detail, works well independently and with a team, and maintains a professional attitude when working in clients' homes.
Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting, including filling, patching, sanding, cleaning, masking, and priming
- Apply paint, stain, varnish, and specialty coatings using brush, roller, and spray equipment
- Complete drywall repairs, caulking, spot priming, and detailed finishing work
- Protect client property and maintain clean, organized work areas
- Follow company quality standards and project specifications
- Participate in site visits, project walk-throughs, and quality control inspections
- Complete daily time tracking and site reports using a smartphone

- Caulking and Caulking Re&Re
- Priming and Spot Priming
- Brush & Roll Application
- Cutting In and Back Rolling
- Spray Finishing
- Staining, Varnishing, and Clear Coating
- Detailing and Touch-Ups
- De-Masking and Final Clean-Up
- Shop Set-Up and Material Preparation
- Walk-Throughs and Site Visits
Qualifications
- Residential painting experience preferred
- Experience with repaints, new construction, and fine-finish work is an asset
- Experience using spray equipment is an asset
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation to project sites
- Valid driver's license is an asset
- Basic painting tools required
- Ability to communicate effectively in English

Projects are located throughout Vancouver, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, and surrounding Lower Mainland communities.
Applicants must be able to reliably commute to project sites.
