PrimeSeal Roofing & Construction is looking for a skilled and reliable Roofer to join our growing team. We are seeking an experienced individual who can confidently handle residential roofing projects from start to finish while maintaining high standards of workmanship, safety, and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and replace asphalt shingle roofing systems
- Perform roof inspections and identify roofing issues
- Complete roof tear-offs and prepare roof decks
- Install underlayment, flashing, vents, drip edge, and shingles
- Ensure all work meets industry standards and company expectations
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- Communicate effectively with team members and homeowners when required
Requirements
✔ Minimum 12 months of hands-on roofing experience required
✔ Ability to complete a full roofing project independently from start to finish
✔ Strong knowledge of roofing materials, tools, and installation techniques
✔ Experience with roof repairs and full roof replacements
✔ Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions
✔ Reliable transportation to and from job sites
✔ Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and positive attitude
✔ Valid driver's license is an asset

Important Note
This position is intended for experienced roofers only. Applicants must have at least 12 months of roofing experience and be capable of independently completing an entire roofing project, including tear-off, preparation, installation, and cleanup.
