What You’ll Do

Develop and execute a sales business plan aligned with business goals.

Identify and convert opportunities into profitable business.

Build strong relationships with end customers, consultants, and contractors.

Prepare and negotiate value-driven proposals including tender submissions.

Manage your pipeline using CRM tools for accurate forecasting.

Stay ahead of market trends and customer needs.
What We’re Looking For

3 - 7 years in a sales role, ideally in wastewater technology.

Experience with Decanter Centrifuges & rotary drum thickeners is highly regarded.

Strong technical aptitude, negotiation skills, and a proven track record in business growth.

Comfortable using CRM and digital tools.

Experience with contract negotiation and management.
