CNJ Builders is growing quickly, and we’re looking for a Construction Project Manager who wants to grow with us.
We work on custom homes, renovations, additions, multi-residential and commercial projects throughout the Saint John area.
We’re looking for a self-starter who can take ownership of projects, stay ahead of problems, and help improve how we operate as we grow.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple construction projects from start to completion
- Coordinate crews, subcontractors, suppliers and inspections
- Develop and maintain project schedules
- Monitor budgets, costs and project scope
- Manage change orders and project documentation
- Communicate regularly with clients
- Review drawings, scopes and specifications
- Identify problems early and drive solutions
- Maintain quality and accountability across projects
What We’re Looking For
- Construction management or supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of residential/general construction
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Comfortable with budgets, schedules and construction software
- Self-motivated and able to make decisions independently
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation

Pay: $30.00-$45.00 per hour
