About the Role
We're looking for a compassionate, knowledgeable professional to join our team as our Lead Ostomy, Catheter & AADL Solutions Specialist.
This is a customer-focused role for someone who enjoys helping people, building relationships, and solving problems. Every day you'll work with customers, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to help individuals find the products, resources, and support they need to live comfortably and confidently.
Many of the people we serve are navigating significant health changes. The ability to listen, educate, and provide reassurance is just as important as product knowledge.
You'll become a trusted resource for customers and healthcare professionals alike, helping guide people through product selection, funding programs, and ongoing support. As your expertise grows, you'll also help train team members, strengthen healthcare partnerships, and contribute to the continued growth of this specialized area of our business.

What You’ll Do
- Support customers through phone calls, emails, in-person consultations, and follow-up care.
- Help customers find the right products and solutions based on their individual needs.
- Provide product education, guidance, and problem-solving support.
- Coordinate product samples and trial programs.
- Support customers through AADL and other healthcare funding processes.
- Resolve customer concerns and help navigate complex situations.
- Maintain accurate customer notes, records, and documentation.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate product requirements as needed.
- Train and support team members on products, processes, and best practices.
- Build relationships with nurses, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
- Attend conferences, trade shows, community events, and healthcare outreach activities.
- Support the customer service team during busy periods and help ensure departmental workflows remain on track.
- Help grow and strengthen our specialized healthcare services.

Experience We Value
- Experience in healthcare, nursing, home care, rehabilitation, medical supplies, healthcare administration, or another customer-focused healthcare environment.
- Experience supporting patients, caregivers, customers, or healthcare professionals.
- Experience providing education, recommendations, guidance, or problem-solving support.
- Healthcare product knowledge is an asset. We are willing to train the right candidate on our specialized product categories.
- Experience with healthcare funding programs, medical billing, insurance processes, or AADL is an asset.
- Experience building relationships with healthcare professionals, clinics, hospitals, or community organizations is an asset.
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
- Comfortable using computer systems, email, Microsoft Office, and customer management software.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and customer care.
Additional Requirements
- Must have a valid driver's licence, as this role requires occasional travel for hospital visits, healthcare provider meetings, and community outreach.
- Must have strong verbal and written English communication skills. Many of our customers are seniors or individuals navigating complex healthcare situations and rely on clear, professional, and compassionate communication.
