Gold Tan and Sunset Spa is hiring a Part-Time Assistant Manager / Senior Esthetician to join our boutique spa & medspa team. This role is ideal for an experienced esthetician who enjoys hands-on treatments, leadership, and driving sales results.
Responsibilities
- Perform professional esthetic services including facials and skincare treatments
- Provide hair removal services (waxing, sugaring)
- Conduct client consultations and create customized treatment plans
- Sell services, packages, and retail products to maximize results
- Support daily spa operations and assist management with staff leadership
- Help train, mentor, and support junior estheticians
- Maintain treatment room cleanliness and spa standards
- Assist with inventory management and promotional initiatives
- Ensure exceptional client experience and retention
Requirements
- Minimum 1+ year experience as a licensed esthetician
- Diploma or certification from a recognized esthetics program
- Strong sales and upselling skills (required)
- Leadership mindset with reliability and initiative
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Availability for evenings and weekends
- Background check required
