SilverZinc Motors is seeking a well organized, self motivated administrative/sales assistant to help with general data entry, booking appointments, and assist customers looking for used vehicles.
Duties
- Screens, directs, and processes phone, electronic and in person queries.
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Verify information on daily schedules, correct or complete missing information
- Coordinates appointments with different departments
- Greets people and directs them to the proper departments
- Manage vehicle files and sales contracts
- Build and post marketing ads for vehicles
- Vehicle market analysis and researching required information
- Call/email new and existing prospects
Key Skills:
- Proficiency in Google Docs
- Proficiency in Microsoft products
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and non-verbal)
- Strong customer service ability
- Ability to multitask, problem-solve and work to meet timelines
- Ability to work collaboratively in teams, and independently
- Ability to address and overcome objections
Qualifications
- Must be self-motivated and detail oriented
- Prior experience in administration or office work is an asset
- Prior experience in the car industry is an asset
- Prior experience in any type of sales is an asset
- Valid class 5 Driver license
