Landscape Crew Lead
Manscapers Landscaping is a continuously growing company entering our 16th season in the landscaping industry. We believe that maintaining high-quality workmanship while creating a family-oriented team atmosphere is one of the key reasons for our success, and we are looking for like-minded individuals to grow with us.
We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Landscape Crew Lead to oversee a crew of 3–4 employees on a variety of residential landscaping projects.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Ensuring all tools, equipment, and materials required for the day are loaded and available on site
- Confidently operating and driving a truck and trailer combination within the city
- Operating a skid steer safely and efficiently
- Reading and interpreting landscaping plans and organizing material pickups/deliveries to maintain workflow efficiency
- Leading and coordinating daily crew activities
- Proper installation of basketed trees, shrubs, and landscape materials
- Overseeing projects from final grade through to completion
- Tracking job progress and maintaining organized communication with management

Pay: $27.00-$32.00 per hour
