Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Cook to join our vibrant culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and cooking, with a strong understanding of food safety and kitchen operations. Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist in food preparation.
- Ensure all food is handled safely and stored properly in compliance with food safety regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area throughout shifts
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently during meal preparation
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours
- Monitor food quality and presentation before serving to guests
- Follow health and safety guidelines to prevent cross-contamination and ensure a safe working environment
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments preferred
- Knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and sanitation procedures
- Skills in cooking, meal preparation, and food presentation
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed

Starting pay will reflect experience, plus gratuities. Preference to applicants that live within reasonable year round commuting distance.
Pay: $21.00-$24.00 per hour
