Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Stucco Plasterer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have experience in applying stucco and plaster finishes, with a strong background in construction-related tasks. Duties
- Apply stucco, plaster, and related finishes to exterior and interior surfaces according to project specifications.
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and setting up scaffolding or ladders as needed.
- Read blueprints and technical drawings to determine application requirements and project scope.
- Perform caulking and sealing to ensure weatherproofing and durability of finished surfaces.
- Assist with carpentry tasks such as framing or installing lath when necessary.
- Coordinate with team members to complete projects efficiently and maintain safety protocols.
- Use hand tools, mixers, and other equipment to achieve smooth, even finishes.
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure work meets company standards and client expectations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in stucco application, construction painting, or related trades.
- Knowledge of blueprint reading and interpretation of technical drawings.
- Carpentry skills and handyman experience are highly desirable.
- Ability to perform caulking, sealing, and surface preparation tasks accurately.
- Strong understanding of safety procedures on construction sites.
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license preferred.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team with minimal supervision.

Pay: $30.00-$37.00 per hour
