Job Summary
Endurance Wealth Partners is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Financial Services Administrative Professional to provide exceptional operational and client service support within a growing wealth management practice. This role extends well beyond traditional administration-it is an opportunity to become an integral part of a collaborative wealth management team dedicated to helping people build, protect, and transfer their wealth.
The successful candidate will gain exposure to a broad range of wealth management strategies, investment accounts, retirement planning concepts, regulatory requirements, and financial planning processes. Working closely alongside Financial Advisors and other Administrative Professionals, you will help coordinate every stage of the client experience while further developing your strong understanding of the Canadian financial services industry.
This position is permanent full-time (40) hours per week.
Primary Responsibilities
Client Experience & Financial Administration
Support Financial Advisors throughout the client journey by ensuring every interaction reflects the high standard of service expected at Endurance Wealth Partners.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinate client meetings and prepare documentation for financial planning appointments.
- Process investment account applications, transfers, updates, and maintenance accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with documentation relating to RRSPs, TFSAs, RESPs, RRIFs, LIFs, FHSAs, RDSPs, and other registered and non-registered accounts.
- Assist with beneficiary updates, address changes, banking information, withdrawals, deposits, and account maintenance.
- Respond to client and prospect inquiries by phone and email in a timely, professional, and precise manner.
- Assisting clients with general inquiries and providing basic information about our services.
- Maintain detailed and accurate client records while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Client Service Excellence
Provide exceptional client service by becoming a trusted first point of contact for clients and helping them navigate the administrative aspects of their financial relationships.
Responsibilities include:
- Process registered and non-registered account documentation and changes with a high level of attention to detail.
- Managing various Financial Advisors' calendars and appointments.
- Processing documentation related to client accounts and transactions.
- Processing changes to clients account documentation to meet clients changing needs.
- Following up on all administrative tasks to ensure they are completed as requested to meet clients' needs.
- Monitoring client accounts and activity to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Support Advisors by maintaining consistent workflows and organized systems.
Compliance
Maintain the integrity of client information and ensure all activities comply with CIRO & other regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities Include:
- Ensuring that the team is compliant with all relevant CIRO, CSA, FSRA & other relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Assisting in maintaining records and documentation for regulatory purposes.
- Participating in training and updates on compliance procedures.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Administrative Professional or similar role, preferably in a financial services or related industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Knowledge of financial products and services is a plus.
- Diploma or degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
- Although not required, it is preferred- Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or CIRO proficiency exams.

- Target Hiring Range: $55,000-$70,000(Based on skills, experiences and certifications)
Pay: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
