As patient demand continues to grow across Edmonton and surrounding areas, we are looking to add Registered Massage Therapists to our care team.
Whether you're looking for a few extra appointments each week or want to build a larger mobile practice, ANVITA gives you the flexibility to choose how much you work while we handle the administrative side of the business.
What You Earn (Clear and Predictable)
$80 per 60-minute session
$120 per 90-minute session
Once you complete 10 or more bookings in the previous month, your rates automatically increase to:
$90 per 60-minute session
$130 per 90-minute session
There are:
- No quotas
- No forced availability
- No pressure to maintain volume
If one month is slower, your base rate still applies. Consistency is simply rewarded. Many homes also book multiple appointments under the same roof, further improving your earning potential.

About ANVITA
ANVITA was built by Massage Therapists, for Massage Therapists.
Like many RMTs, I loved the work, but clinic life eventually caught up with me. Packing my schedule, skipping breaks, and seeing more patients just to maintain income led to body pain and burnout.
The average career length of an RMT is often cited at 5 to 8 years. I don't believe it has to be that short. After moving to mobile massage, I realized it was possible to earn well, treat fewer patients, and actually feel good doing this work.
Today, ANVITA supports a growing network of therapists delivering in-home care across multiple regions in Canada. ANVITA was built by an RMT and designed around therapist longevity and freedom.
The Lifestyle Difference (What Matters Most)
In a clinic the incentive was always the same: fill the room.
Why take a proper lunch when I could book another patient? I had bills, loans, and financial goals, so I pushed. Eventually, it caught up with me. My body hurt. I started dreading work.
I could slow down, but that meant a pay cut.
Clinic life ties your income to a room. Slow down, take time off, or want flexibility and you pay for it. With mobile, that pressure disappears.
The biggest difference was how my body and mind felt doing the work. Mobile practice lets you design a schedule that supports both your health and your life.
For me:
- I earned more per session than in a clinic
- My time became more valuable
- I took on less hands-on time
- I had better energy at the end of the day for my family
Some therapists:
- Work full time and take as many patients as they like
- Work 5 to 10 hours a week for supplemental income
- Take extended time off without worrying about losing a room
- Build schedules that support their bodies long term
Full Control, No Pressure
You choose when you work, where you work, and how much you work.
There is no minimum commitment.
Try this alongside your clinic. Try it during a slower season. If it is not for you, you can stop anytime.
That freedom is intentional.
