We are a Sea-to-Sky landscape construction company with over 20 years in the Whistler area, and we’re looking for a skilled Landscape Maintenance Labor to help our crews work on high-end residential and custom landscape maintenance projects.
This is a temporary position starting August 31st and ending September 10th. This role involves outdoor physical work supporting landscaping projects such as lawn care, planting, and site maintenance.
What you’ll do
- Assist with lawn mowing, trimming, and edging
- Plant trees, shrubs, flowers, and sod
- Load/unload tools, materials, and equipment
- Operate basic landscaping tools (training provided)
- Maintain clean and safe work sites
- Follow supervisor instructions and safety guidelines
What we’re looking for
- Someone who loves working outdoors in all the elements, physical work (heavy lifting will be required).
- Strong team player who takes direction well and works as part of the team to get the job done.
- Experience is an asset but willing to train the right candidate.
- Comfortable working from detailed plans and collaborating with designers
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- A genuine interest in quality work and well-built landscapes
- Must be living in Whistler or Pemberton with a valid work permit
