Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process insurance applications and supporting documentation
- Follow up with insurance carriers, underwriters, and clients throughout the application process
- Monitor pending business and ensure requirements are completed promptly
- Maintain accurate client records and electronic files
- Answer incoming phone calls and client inquiries professionally
- Support advisors and team members with administrative projects and daily operations
- Assist with compliance and documentation requirements
- Track and manage outstanding tasks to ensure deadlines are met
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
