1. Experienced Residential Red Seal Carpenter / Supervisor
Compensation and Benefits package
$35-$40 in total compensation package that could include:
Wage
Company growth bonuses
Health plan
Vehicle allowance
Phone allowance
Requirements
- 10 or more years experience specializing in residential renovations and home building.
- Red Seal.
- Reliable vehicle and cell phone.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Bondable.
- Blue print reading
- Able to sustain periods of standing, sitting, walking, bending, and kneeling
- Working at Heights - over 5 feet, periodically
- Key attributes: Organizational skills, Attention to detail, Problem solver, Great communicator, Delegator, Goal focused

2. Experienced Carpenter/ Apprentice (no red seal required)
$25-$35 in total compensation package that could include:

- Valid drivers license.
- Bondable.
