The Job: Window Cleaning Technician
You'll be the face of ShineWorks for homeowners and businesses across Barrie and Simcoe County, delivering hands-on cleaning work to a high standard.
What you'll be doing:
- Washing windows inside and out using proper tools and technique
- Cleaning and detailing screens
- Scrubbing out window tracks
- Clearing and cleaning gutters
Beyond the cleaning itself

- Keeping your rags and towels clean week to week
- Keeping the company van tidy and presentable
- Showing up on time and ready for weekly team check-ins
- Backing up your Lead and crew so jobs run smoothly
