Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development & Marketing Representative to join our team on a part-time, commission-based basis. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about expanding business opportunities, engaging with clients, and driving sales growth through strategic marketing and outreach efforts.
Duties
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through targeted outreach, including telemarketing and direct engagement with potential clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Conduct B2B sales presentations, negotiations, and closing of deals to meet growth objectives.
- Implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and attract new customers across various channels.
- Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data.
- Collaborate with the team to create promotional materials and campaigns tailored to target audiences.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments to identify new opportunities for growth.
Experience
- Proven experience in business development, inside sales, or technical sales, preferably in B2B environments.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Experience with marketing strategies, telemarketing, and technology sales is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing sales pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills in English is required to engage diverse client bases effectively.
- Prior experience in customer service or client relationship management is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, set priorities, and achieve targets in a commission-based role.
