Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Concrete Form-Setter to join our busy construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and pouring concrete walls & footings as well as flat pads. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects that challenge your skills and expand your experience in the construction industry.
Duties
- Set up and assemble formwork using carpentry skills, ensuring proper alignment and stability according to project blueprints
- Install rebar reinforcement within forms to strengthen concrete structures, adhering to safety standards and specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints would be a benefit but not a necessity
- Use hand tools and power tools to cut, shape, and secure form components with precision
- Perform concrete finishing tasks once forms are removed, including smoothing surfaces
Requirements
- An ambitious individual who enjoys working outdoors in all the elements
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Must have a valid drivers license and provide your own transportation to and from work
- Experience is an asset and will be compensated accordingly, but not a necessity
- Willing to learn new responsibilities/methods
- Respectful of others
- Required to work 40-50 hours per week.

Pay: $26.00-$40.00 per hour
