The Career Foundation is urgently seeking Full-Time Sprayers on behalf of one of our employer partners.
Position Summary:
The Sprayer is a semi-skilled production role within the Casting Department, working closely with General Labourers and Toolers to support the manufacturing process. This position is responsible for applying coatings and materials as part of the casting operation while ensuring quality standards and production requirements are met. Strong communication skills are essential, as the role requires frequent coordination with Toolers and other production team members.
Shift Schedule:
Day shift: 7:30am-3:45pm
Location Details:
Mississauga. Access to public transportation.
Qualifications: Position qualifications may include but are not limited to:
- Completed high school diploma (or equivalency)
- Clear criminal background
- Prior construction or renovation experience
- Ability to stand for 8 hours, with repetitive bending, twisting, and lifting (up to 50lbs)
- Apply coatings, release agents, and other materials during the casting process
- Prepare and handle materials and equipment required for spraying operations
