CAP Barbell is seeking a dependable and organized Office Administrator to support our warehouse, shipping/receiving, and retail store operations.
Responsibilities
- Process shipping and receiving documents, including labels, invoices, and packing slips.
- Schedule inbound and outbound trucks and coordinate with carriers.
- Track shipments and resolve shipping or receiving issues.
- Maintain accurate inventory and shipment records.
- Support warehouse operations and order fulfillment.
- Assist customers with retail sales and order processing.
- Answer incoming phone calls and provide administrative support.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or above.
- 1+ year of office, shipping/receiving, logistics, or warehouse experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent customer service skills.
- Warehouse or inventory experience is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
