Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. This role involves supporting warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and heavy equipment operation. Duties
- Assist with order picking, packing, and packaging to ensure accurate order fulfillment
- Manage shipping and receiving activities, including verifying incoming and outgoing shipments
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and for inventory tracking and documentation
- Conduct inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels
- Support warehouse organization by maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
- Perform heavy lifting tasks as required for loading/unloading goods or moving materials within the warehouse
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow in distribution processes
Skills
- Strong understanding of shipping & receiving procedures, order picking, fulfillment, and packaging processes in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Knowledge of warehouse distribution principles and warehouse management best practices
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory accuracy

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
