Role Summary:
The Revenue Operations Manager owns Salesforce administration and the day-to-day health of Mobiltex's sales data, reporting, and CRM processes. This is a business and data focusing on how the sales organization uses its systems and data.
This is a good opportunity for someone with hands-on Salesforce administration experience and is ready for more ownership. As the role matures, this role will lead a sales administration team and other front-end resources that support commercial operations. We are looking for someone with the judgment and presence to manage people after onboarding (3-6 months).
The role reports to the VP of Sales and Marketing, and works closely with Sales, Marketing, and Finance leadership to keep the systems behind the sales funnel accurate, usable, and trusted.
Core Responsibilities:
Salesforce & CRM Administration
- Own day-to-day administration of Salesforce: user setup and permissions, page layouts, declarative automation (flows, validation rules), and the overall data model.
- Maintain data hygiene standards such as duplicate management, required-field discipline, and consistent use of stages, fields, and record types across the sales team.
- Act as the first point of contact for user questions and access issues; escalate anything requiring custom development to the appropriate technical partner.
- Act as a trusted consultant for VP sales and vertical sales leadership related to best practices and modifications required to improve sales data quality, drive usage across the BD team, and improve reporting and forecasting.
Sales Data & Reporting
- Build and maintain the dashboards and reports sales and executive leadership rely on for pipeline visibility, forecasting, and quota tracking.
- Partner with Sales leadership to translate their reporting needs into reliable, repeatable views.
- Audit CRM data regularly to catch gaps or inconsistencies before they show up in a forecasts or board materials.
- Work closely with finance team on Mobiltex Data Cube project to tie sales data into broader dataset to manage business health.
- Work closely with marketing leadership to ensure marketing data transfers into Salesforce seamlessly to improve attribution, sales cycle analysis, conversion analysis.
CRM Adoption & Process Improvement
- Drive adoption of Salesforce as the single source of truth for the sales team, including training new reps and reinforcing good habits with existing ones.
- Identify where sales process and CRM configuration and usage are out of sync, and recommend practical fixes to improve the use of the tool
- Document CRM processes and field definitions so the system stays usable as the team grows.
- As needed, fold any acquired companies into central CRM system and processes, recognizing the nuances of new businesses and their CRM maturity.
Cross-Functional Data Partnership
- Coordinate with Marketing on lead routing and campaign data, and with Finance on revenue and renewal reporting, so the numbers agree across departments.
- Support the Customer Success and Account Management teams with the account and renewal data they need out of the CRM.
- Support the Customer Success team with use of Salesforce Service and Voice platform from the perspective of reporting and dashboards.
Team Leadership (future)
- As transaction volume and system complexity grow, lead the Sales Admin team, defining roles, workload, and standards for the function.
- Support sales administration function with processes and systems to improve efficiency, and ultimately the customer’s user experience.
- Establish the onboarding and training approach required to maintain the commercial administration function over time.
How You'll Work:
AI-Fluent Revenue Operations
Mobiltex expects this role to actively use AI tools to improve legacy CRM data. That includes using AI-assisted tools for data cleansing and deduplication, drafting reports and dashboard narratives, summarizing pipeline trends for leadership, and exploring natural-language query tools that sit on top of Salesforce data. We are looking for a candidate with genuine curiosity to try new tools, while being disciplined enough to ensure they fit the needs of the business and users.
Qualifications:
Experience
- 3–5 years of Salesforce administration or revenue/sales operations experience.
- Salesforce Administrator certification is an asset but not required.
- Experience building reports and dashboards for a sales team; comfort with pipeline and forecasting concepts.
- Exposure to B2B or technical sales environment
- Some experience training or supporting other CRM users, even informally.
- Sales experience an asset but not required.
- Experience managing a small team is an asset, as well as the ability to lead through influence cross functionally.

- Business and data focused, with an understanding of what a real sales team needs from its data and CRM.
- Comfortable presenting data and recommendations to sales leadership.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable without needing close supervision.
- Curious about AI tools and comfortable incorporating them into daily work.
