Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Lawn Care Worker to join our landscaping team. This role involves maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces through various lawn and garden care activities. Duties
- Mow lawns, trim edges, and perform general landscaping tasks to maintain healthy and attractive outdoor spaces
- Operate equipment such as mowers, power tools, line trimmers, and use various hand tools to complete task
- Assist with yard clean ups, dump runs, fertilizing, and maintain property lawns
- Conduct routine maintenance on landscaping equipment and tools to ensure proper functioning
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and ensure safety protocols are followed during all activities
- Collaborate with team members on larger projects involving landscape design or construction
Requirements
- Prior experience or knowledge in gardening, landscape maintenance is preferred
- Mechanical knowledge related to operating and maintaining power tools and various equipment
- Familiarity with i, hand tools, and power tools used in landscaping and construction work
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy materials, digging, bending, and standing or walking for extended periods
- abilitity to take orders
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work and safety standards
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and follow instructions effectively
