Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Lube Technician to join our heavy duty service team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, greases and fluid top-offs, ensuring vehicles are serviced efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. This position offers an opportunity to develop your automotive repair skills while providing exceptional service to our customers.
Duties
- Perform oil changes, lubrication, and fluid replacements on a variety of vehicle makes and models
- Conduct basic inspections of vehicles to identify potential issues
- Use hand tools and power tools to complete maintenance tasks accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and ensure all tools are properly stored after use
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and addressing customer questions
- Uphold safety standards by following proper procedures during all maintenance activities
- Assist in recommending additional services or repairs based on vehicle inspection findings
Skills
- heavy duty experience or mechanical experience is highly desirable
- Strong mechanical knowledge of automotive systems and repairs
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during service procedures
- Knowledge of automotive repair processes and routine maintenance practices
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Sales skills are a plus for promoting additional services and vehicle care options

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
