SnowForce is looking for a confident, friendly, and motivated Customer Service & Sales Representative to join our team part-time.
This is not just a receptionist position. We are looking for someone who is comfortable picking up the phone, following up with potential customers, and helping turn inquiries into booked customers.
What You’ll Do
Respond to new customer inquiries by phone, email, and text
Follow up quickly with customers who have requested quotes
Make outbound calls to prospective and previous customers
Follow up on outstanding quotes and help close sales
Explain our snow removal services and answer customer questions
Assist customers through the sign-up process
Follow up with existing customers regarding renewals
Maintain accurate customer notes and follow-up records
Handle general incoming calls and basic administrative tasks
Who We’re Looking For
Confident and comfortable on the phone
Friendly, professional, and easy to talk to
Comfortable making outbound sales calls
Motivated by getting results and closing sales
Organized and able to keep track of multiple follow-ups
Reliable and able to work independently
Comfortable using email and basic computer software
Previous customer service, receptionist, call centre, or sales experience is preferred
Compensation & Schedule
$18–$20/hour, depending on experience
Approximately 2–3 days per week
