NOW HIRING — EXPERIENCED BARBER
The Shop is currently looking for an experienced barber to join our team on Rockwood.
This is a booth rent opportunity — not commission — within an established, inclusive, and community-focused shop.
We are seeking a barber with a minimum of 5 years experience in the barber industry who is confident and skilled in:
- Skin fades
- Straight razor work
- Beard trims
- Black and textured hair
The ideal candidate is:
- Professional, reliable, and consistent
- Welcoming and inclusive to all marginalized communities
- Patient and compassionate with children, including children with neurodiversities
- Passionate about client care and creating a safe, respectful environment
- Motivated to grow their clientele and career
Barbers are welcome to bring their own clientele. The Shop will also assist with marketing and provide opportunities to build from an existing client base already established within the shop.
