Skybound Management needs a full-time Sales Associate who connects with authenticity. You'll engage our customers through sales chats about internet, TV, and phone services that work seamlessly. The Sales Associates' skills help turn curiosity into confirmed decisions, while smart management builds lasting trust.
As a Sales Associate, you will participate in peer-led networking, picking up sales and leadership tricks that keep your team motivated. The Sales Associate will then manage their team, who’ll present Internet, TV, and Home Phone options, using performance resources to refine their approach and best practice sharing to spread sales tactics across the team.
Responsibilities of the Sales Associate
- Deliver customer support through in person sales engagements that turn needs into profitable sales of Internet, TV, and traditional home phone bundles.
- Translate service features into everyday benefits that help customers picture how improved speed, reliability, and convenience fit into their lifestyle.
- Assist team members by sharing insights, offering guidance during customer conversations, and helping maintain a collaborative sales environment.
- Keep the team focused on sales targets by encouraging consistent outreach and supporting strong daily performance.
- Build trust through clear communication and a helpful, approachable presence during every customer interaction.
- Continue developing leadership strengths by applying feedback and consistently delivering strong customer and team outcomes.
Qualifications of the Sales Associate
- Passionate about management or sales is a bonus; no prior experience required.

Pay: $3,500.00-$4,500.00 per month
