Omni Basement Systems is looking for a dependable, hard-working team member to join our crew as an Installation Technician / Hard Labourer. We currently have 2 openings available for temporary (short term) or permanent work (long term).

Starting pay is $20/hour, with incentive and bonus- average earnings are from $23-$24 per hour over a 6 month period.

What You’ll Do
- Load tools, materials, and equipment onto the company truck each morning
- Install basement waterproofing, foundation repair, and crawl space products
- Keep trucks and job sites clean and organized
- Deliver great service and leave every customer impressed
What We’re Looking For
- Strong physical condition and ability to regularly lift 70–80 lbs
- Good English communication skills
- Experience using manual and power tools
- Comfortable working in crawl spaces, kneeling, crawling, and digging for extended periods
- Own steel-toe boots; PPE is provided
