GC Studio helps home service contractors across Canada and the USA (roofers, HVAC companies, plumbers, remodelers) get more booked jobs through websites, AI chat systems, and lead generation tools. We're hiring remote appointment setters to call contractors, qualify them, and book them with our closing team.
What you'll do:
- Call home service business owners from leads we provide
- Follow our proven script to qualify prospects
- Book qualified appointments for our closing team
- Log all call activity accurately in our CRM
- Join a short daily huddle to review numbers and coaching
What you get:
- $300 flat for each of your first 5 closed deals. Real money while you build momentum, not just a promise.
- After your ramp, 10% commission on every setup fee collected, no cap.
- Leads and a dialer provided on day one. No cold prospecting for numbers, no buying your own list.
- Full training including scripts, objection handling, and onboarding support.
- Paid bi-weekly or monthly.
- Full time or part time (25hrs+). 100% remote.
What you need:
- A phone, laptop, and reliable internet connection
- Fluent English speaker, written and spoken
- Comfortable with rejection and consistent daily activity
- Prior cold calling or phone sales experience is a plus but not required
- Available during standard North American business calling hours
Who this is NOT for:
People looking for a base salary at the start (could be discussed after 4 weeks), who go quiet after a few "no"s, or who want to skip the script. We run on activity and honesty.
Compensation: Commission based ($300 per deal for your first 5, then 10% of setup fee per closed deal, plus volume bonus)
