What You’ll Be Doing:
- The Art of the Bowl: Layering and crafting our signature, highly-Instagrammable açaí bowls and smoothies with speed, precision, and flair.
- Guest Obsession: Bringing the energy! Greeting every customer like a VIP, guiding them through our menu, and keeping the good vibes flowing from the moment they walk up.
- Hustle & Flow: Handling high-volume rushes with a cool head and a huge smile. Operating the POS system, handling transactions, and keeping the line moving.
- Stock & Supply: Receiving inventory deliveries, organizing the backroom, and rotating stock to keep the store running like a well-oiled machine.
- Prep & Perfection: Slicing fresh fruits, stocking unlimited toppings, and ensuring our superfoods are always fresh and ready to go.
- Keep It Clean: Maintaining a spotless, organized prep station and front counter, strictly following all food safety and sanitation standards.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Energy Match: You have a naturally positive, outgoing attitude and love working as part of a tight-knit, fast-moving team.
- Physically Fit for the Job: You are comfortable being on your feet for a full shift and can safely lift, move, and arrange stock (boxes up to 40-50 lbs) when deliveries arrive.
- Dependable: You are reliable, punctual, and ready to work when you are scheduled (we need flexible folks who can rock evenings and weekends!).
- Quick Learner: You don't need to be an açaí master yet—we will train you! But you do need the hustle and drive to learn quickly.
- Bonus Points: Previous experience in quick-service restaurants, cafes, or retail.
- Bonus Points: A valid Food Handler Certification.
