Overview: Tahltan NST Busing is seeking a dedicated and skilled Motor Coach Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely transporting passengers between Terrace, BC, and a mine site while delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong , and a commitment to ensuring a safe and comfortable travel experience for all passengers.

Due to the nature of the role and scheduling needs, preference will be given to candidates residing in the local area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate motor coaches in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
- Safely transport passengers between Terrace, BC, and the mine site, providing timely and reliable service.
- Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the vehicle, performing routine inspections and minor repairs as necessary.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting passengers with boarding, luggage handling, and addressing any inquiries or concerns during the journey.
- Communicate effectively with passengers regarding travel itineraries, schedules, and any changes that may occur.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols to guarantee the well-being of passengers and crew.
- Keep accurate records of trips, including mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents that may arise during transit.

Qualifications:
- Valid Class 1 or Class 2 Driver's License with air brake endorsement.
- Clean driver's abstract.
- Strong to perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on motor coaches.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with diverse groups of passengers.
- Previous experience operating motor coaches or in commercial driving/transportation.
- Must be able to pass a drug screening as part of the hiring process.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including possible extended hours.
