What You'll Do
- Run in-home consultations with homeowners (appointments booked for you, plus your own self-generated leads at the higher rate)
- Inspect eavestrough and roofline conditions, measure, and present same-day quotes
- Present EavesArmour and our full exterior lineup (eavestrough, windows, doors, siding, insulation)
- Follow up with prospects and manage your pipeline in our CRM
- Attend weekly sales meetings and ongoing training
What You Need
- Your own reliable vehicle and a valid G licence (required)
- Availability for some evening and weekend appointments — that's when homeowners are home
- 1–2+ years of in-home or direct sales experience preferred (roofing, windows/doors, security, or similar is a strong asset)
- Comfortable on ladders for basic roofline inspection
- Self-motivated, coachable, and resilient — you close, you earn
Compensation
- 100% commission — top-of-market rates, with a premium rate on self-generated leads (full structure discussed at interview)
- Paid on collected revenue, with performance tier increases at monthly volume milestones
- Monthly bonuses and sales contests
- No cap. Ever.
Pay: $100,000.00-$250,000.00 per year
