About the Role
Printhub.ink | VincentPress is looking for an outgoing, organized, and dependable person to manage our front desk and provide a positive experience for customers contacting or visiting our business.
This position is the main point of contact for incoming phone calls, walk-in customers, order-status inquiries, customer pickups, deliveries, shipping, receiving, and general administrative support.
The ideal candidate is friendly, confident speaking with customers, thorough with details, and accountable for following tasks through to completion.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Assist customers calling to check the status of orders, pickups, and deliveries.
- Greet customers, couriers, suppliers, and other visitors at the front desk.
- Redirect quote and sales inquiries to the estimating or sales team.
- Organize completed customer orders and maintain an orderly pickup area.
- Notify customers when orders are ready for pickup.
- Prepare outgoing courier shipments, waybills, and delivery documentation.
- Receive incoming shipments and ensure materials reach the correct department.
- Coordinate local deliveries and customer pickup arrangements.
- Enter production, shipping, customer, and order information into company systems and spreadsheets.
- Maintain accurate notes and ensure customer requests are properly communicated.
- Conduct occasional customer-service follow-up calls after orders are completed.
- Provide light administrative support to management and other departments.
- Keep the reception and front-office area clean and organized.
- Follow up on unresolved customer questions and ensure the customer receives an answer.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong customer-service and interpersonal skills.
- Outgoing, friendly, and confident speaking with customers by phone and in person.
- Organized, thorough, and able to manage several priorities at once.
- Strong sense of accountability and follow-through.
- Comfortable using computers, email, spreadsheets, and basic office software.
- Clear verbal and written communication.
- Able to accurately record names, phone numbers, order details, dates, and instructions.
- Able to remain calm and professional during busy periods.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Experience
Previous experience in reception, administration, retail, customer service, hospitality, or another customer-facing role is preferred.
Experience within printing, signage, manufacturing, shipping, or production is an asset but is not required. Training will be provided on our products, systems, and internal processes.

Compensation and Benefits
