We’re currently looking for a reliable and motivated Sales Associate to join our Fredericton team.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Installation Support
- Assist with daily window, door, and product installations
- Prepare materials, tools, and equipment for installation projects
- Support efficient completion of scheduled installations
- Follow installation procedures and company standards
2. Safety & Quality
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Use proper personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Maintain quality workmanship standards
- Report safety concerns or deficiencies immediately
3. Tools, Materials & Equipment
- Handle tools and materials safely and responsibly
- Assist with loading and unloading materials
- Maintain organization of tools and equipment
- Report damaged or missing equipment
4. Job Site Maintenance
- Keep work areas clean and organized throughout projects
- Remove debris and dispose of materials appropriately
- Protect customer property during installations
- Ensure job sites are left clean and professional upon completion
5. Teamwork & Professionalism
- Follow direction from the Install Lead
- Communicate effectively with team members
- Conduct yourself professionally at customer locations
- Represent Targett's positively at all times
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Construction, renovation, or installation experience considered an asset
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to perform physically demanding work
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
