Maintenance Millwright:
Reports To: Maintenance Manager
Reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Millwright is responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production and facility equipment. This role supports plant operations through preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities while ensuring compliance with all safety policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Equipment Maintenance & Repair• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production and processing equipment.
- Respond to emergency and unscheduled equipment breakdowns during production.
- Complete scheduled maintenance activities during equipment downtime.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues and perform necessary repairs.
- Replace defective components, test equipment, and make operational adjustments.
- Read and interpret equipment manuals, technical drawings, and work orders.
- Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, electrical testing devices, and material handling equipment safely and effectively.
- Identify and report faulty operations, defective materials, and unusual conditions to management.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and preventative maintenance logs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Health & Safety Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of workplace health and safety regulations and procedures.
- Follow all required PPE and attire protocols when entering manufacturing areas.
- Ensure uniforms and safety equipment are maintained according to company standards.
- Report incidents, accidents, hazards, and near misses promptly in accordance with company procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Qualifications & Experience:
Required• High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Licensed Millwright Certification (or equivalent qualification).
- Working knowledge of electrical systems.
- Experience maintaining and repairing industrial manufacturing equipment.
Preferred• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated production systems.
