Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and organized Veterinary Receptionist/Client Care Specialist to join our veterinary team. This role is vital in providing exceptional customer service, managing client communications, and supporting the daily operations of our clinic. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a compassionate attitude, and experience in a veterinary or laboratory setting to ensure smooth client interactions and efficient clinic workflow.
Duties
- Greet clients and manage check-in/check-out procedures for appointments
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer phone calls, respond to client inquiries, and provide accurate information about services
- Maintain accurate patient records and update client information regularly
- Assist with laboratory procedures when necessary, utilizing laboratory experience to support diagnostic processes
- Handle billing, payments, and insurance documentation accurately
- Support veterinary staff with administrative tasks to ensure smooth clinic operations
- Educate clients about pet care, treatments, and follow-up instructions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and front desk
Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide compassionate client service
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in record keeping and scheduling
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in computer software related to scheduling, record management, and billing

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
