We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Outreach Worker to join our team and make a meaningful impact within the community. In this role, you will serve as a vital link between our organization and the public, engaging to promote awareness, provide support, and build positive relationships. Your enthusiasm, leadership skills, and ability to communicate effectively will drive successful outreach initiatives that empower individuals and strengthen community ties.
Responsibilities
- Provide peer support services, wellness checks, and referral follow-ups.
- Conduct door-to-door outreach throughout the community.
- Provide safe supplies and Naloxone to individuals in need.
- Track and maintain statistics related to outreach operations.
Experience
Education and lived experience with mental health or addictions is valued equally for this position!
