About Us
Great West Graphics is a growing custom apparel and promotional products company specializing in screen printing, embroidery, DTF printing, and branded merchandise. We work with businesses, schools, sports teams, construction companies, and organizations across British Columbia.
We're looking for a motivated, organized individual who enjoys working with customers and has experience using Adobe Illustrator to prepare artwork for production.
What You'll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and social media.
- Prepare quotes for custom apparel and promotional product orders.
- Create customer mockups using Adobe Illustrator.
- Vectorize and clean up customer artwork.
- Prepare production-ready files for screen printing, embroidery, and DTF printing.
- Follow up on outstanding quotes and help convert leads into orders.
- Assist with order entry and production coordination.
- Build relationships with new and existing customers.
- Support general office and sales operations as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience using Adobe Illustrator.
- Strong attention to detail and organization.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Previous experience in the printing, apparel, signage, or promotional products industry is an asset but not required.
- Sales or customer service experience is considered an asset.
Bonus Skills
- Experience preparing artwork for screen printing or embroidery.
- Adobe Photoshop experience.
- Knowledge of Pantone colors and print-ready artwork.
- Experience with CRM software or order management systems.
- Social media or marketing experience.
