GrowME is looking for a Sales Manager to help lead the next stage of growth for the company.
We are not looking for someone who simply knows how to sell.
We are looking for someone who genuinely loves marketing, growth, business strategy, helping companies win, and building relationships with ambitious business owners.

This role is ideal for someone currently selling at a marketing agency, SEO company, media company, advertising agency, software company, or another B2B service business who knows they are capable of more and wants a real opportunity to grow into leadership.
You will work directly with the Founder & CEO of GrowME to manage and scale the company’s sales operation while helping build the future sales team.
The foundation is already built.
GrowME already has strong inbound lead flow, an established sales process, positioning, demand, momentum, and a growing reputation in the market. What we are looking for now is the right person to take ownership of the process, manage it from start to finish, improve it, and help turn it into something even greater.
This is a builder role for someone ambitious, driven, competitive, and excited by growth.
What You’ll Do
- Manage inbound sales opportunities from first conversation to close
- Run discovery calls, strategy calls, presentations, and follow-ups
- Manage the sales pipeline and keep opportunities moving
- Support the CEO on larger strategic opportunities
- Prospect and create new business opportunities
- Improve and refine the current sales process
- Help increase close rates, organization, follow-up, and pipeline quality
- Contribute ideas to improve sales systems and growth
- Eventually help hire, build, and lead the sales team

Preferred Experience
- Experience in B2B sales
- Experience selling marketing, advertising, SEO, websites, paid ads, branding, media, software, or other service-based solutions
- Experience managing deals and pipelines from start to finish
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Proven prospecting track record
