Job Overview:
As a Waiter/Server at our authentic Indian restaurant, you are more than just a server; you are an ambassador for our cuisine and culture. Your primary role is to provide exceptional, knowledgeable, and gracious service that enhances our guests' dining experience, making them feel welcomed and eager to return.
Responsibilities:
Guest Service & Hospitality:
- Greet guests warmly, with genuine hospitality, upon their arrival and escort them to their tables.
- Present menus, answer questions about menu items, ingredients, and cooking techniques, and provide informed recommendations.
- Check in with guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any needs promptly.
Food & Order Delivery:
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and organized manner.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff, bartenders, and bussers to ensure seamless service.
Table & Station Maintenance:
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked service station.
- Monitor table turnover and assist in resetting tables with clean linens, glassware, and cutlery for the next guests.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and carry trays of food and beverages.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Pay: $21.86-$25.84 per hour
