At THE TEN SPOT® Sault Ste. Marie (710 Second Line East, Unit 102), we deliver efficient, impeccably executed services with a cheeky vibe in a #clinicallyclean environment. Think famous Brazilly® waxes, laser, facials, peels, dermaplaning, lash lifts, brow lams + tints, manis, pedis, and more. Our guests walk in feeling good and strut out feeling like a solid 10.
We’re looking for Esthetic Experts (aka 10spotters®) who love the beauty biz, take pride in their craft, and want to be part of a fun, supportive, drama-free team that actually feels like home.
Who We’re Looking For
Whether you’re a new grad ready to build your book or an experienced pro looking for a better vibe, better systems, and real growth — we want to meet you.
You’re a great fit if you
- Hold a valid esthetics license/diploma (required)
- Have solid skills (or strong willingness to master) in full-body waxing of all genders (Brazilian experience is a big plus), facials, brows/lashes, and ideally nails or laser
- Thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy beauty bar
- Obsess over guest experience and #clinicallyclean standards
- Bring positive energy, a can-do attitude, and a love of making people feel confident
- Want to grow with a brand that promotes from within and invests in your development
What You’ll Do
- Deliver top-tier services that leave every guest feeling pampered and polished
- Own the Brazilly®, full-body waxing, facials, lash + brow services, and more
- Educate guests, recommend retail, and rebook like a pro
- Keep our space (and your station) impeccably clean and on-brand
- Be a true brand ambassador who helps create lifers — both guests and teammates
Requirements
- must be a certified esthetician in ontario
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- excellent communication skills
- ability to act professionally in a team environment
