LA National Auto Ltd is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented experienced part-time Automotive Detailer to join our team. We are looking for a detailer with proven experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. This role focuses on preparing pre-owned vehicles for sale by ensuring they meet dealership presentation standards.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Clean and detail vehicle interiors and exteriors
- Vacuum, shampoo, steam-clean, and remove stains, odors, and pet hair
- Clean and condition leather, vinyl, plastic, glass and mirrors to a streak-free finish, tires, wheels, and wheel wells
- Perform engine bay cleaning when required
- Safely use detailing tools, equipment, and chemicals
- Inspect vehicles for imperfections and report damage
- Ensure all work meets quality standards with zero return defects
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Assist with lot organization and vehicle movement as needed
- Follow company standards, safety procedures, and environmental regulations
Requirements:
- Previous professional automotive detailing experience required
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
- Successful candidates must pass a background check and provide a driver’s abstract as a condition of employment
