Baker / Customer Service Representative
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all patrons
- Assist customers with inquiries and orders
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Able to follow a recipe, baking independently or working as part of a team
Skills:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in following recipes
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and guidelines
- Experience in the food industry, including food preparation and handling
- Familiarity with kitchen operations and equipment
- Baking skills, including cake decorating, is a plus
- Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred
