Hiring Forklift operators
Must have experience with counterbalance/Raymond Reach
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate forklifts, Raymond Reach & counter balance to move, load, and unload materials within the warehouse
- Perform order picking accurately using warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Assist in inventory management by organizing stock and ensuring proper storage procedures
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure safety and proper functioning
- Support warehouse distribution activities by preparing shipments and organizing incoming goods
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times
- Use basic math skills for inventory counts, measurements, and verifying quantities during order fulfillment
Requirements
- Proven experience operating forklifts, Raymond Reach & counter balance in a warehouse setting
- Mechanical knowledge related to forklift operation and maintenance
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and order picking procedures
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for inventory counts and measurements
- Strong attention to safety protocols and procedures
- Physical stamina for prolonged periods of standing, lifting, and moving materials
- Valid forklift certification/license preferred but not mandatory; training provided if necessary
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
